Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Ingredients for pork:
- 1 pound pork shoulder ((about 500g) cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- Ingredients for the sauce:
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 3 Tablespoon coconut milk (or milk or water)
- 2 Tablespoon Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
Instruction
- Combine all the ingredients for the pork and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- In the meantime, soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes. Also, combine all the ingredients for the dipping sauce and set aside.
- Thread the pork cubes onto skewers and place them in the fryer basket. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 8-10 minutes, flip once in between until the meat is cooked through.
