Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Ingredients for pork:
  • 1 pound pork shoulder ((about 500g) cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
  • Ingredients for the sauce:
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 3 Tablespoon coconut milk (or milk or water)
  • 2 Tablespoon Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce

Instruction

  • Combine all the ingredients for the pork and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • In the meantime, soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes. Also, combine all the ingredients for the dipping sauce and set aside.
  • Thread the pork cubes onto skewers and place them in the fryer basket. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 8-10 minutes, flip once in between until the meat is cooked through.
