Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 4-5 lb. lean pork roast (butt)
  • 2 16-oz. cans sauerkraut
  • 6 large potatoes (peeled and halved)
  • all purpose flour or gluten free flour
  • 2-3 tbsp. canola oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Leftover liquid in bottom of roaster
  • Flour mixed with water to thin paste (or use gluten free flour)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 2 dashes or shakes garlic powder
  • 3-4 drops Kitchen Bouquet liquid seasoning
  • 1-2 cups hot water (as needed)
