Ingredients
The following ingredients have 46 Servings
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (chopped)
- 2 green onions - greens and whites (chopped)
- 50 potsticker wrappers
- small bowl of water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup water
- 3 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon chili paste
Instruction
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, sugar, baking soda and white pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the pork, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, Hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cabbage, green onions and cornstarch mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon until well combined.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
