Ingredients

The following ingredients have 46 Servings
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage (chopped)
  • 2 green onions - greens and whites (chopped)
  • 50 potsticker wrappers
  • small bowl of water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup water
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili paste

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, sugar, baking soda and white pepper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the pork, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, Hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cabbage, green onions and cornstarch mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon until well combined.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
