Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tbsp. Stir Fry Oil
- 2 Stalks Celery, (chopped fine)
- 2 tbsp. Onion, (chopped fine)
- 1 clove Garlic, (minced)
- 2 lg Eggs, (whisked)
- 1 c. Cooked Pork Tenderloin, (chopped fine)
- 2 c. Cooked White Rice,
- 1/3 c. Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Honey
Instruction
- Add the oil to a large saute pan and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add the celery, onions and garlic and saute for about 1-2 minutes until they start to soften; then add the eggs and stir until the egg is cooked through and chopped in small pieces.
- Next, add the pork, rice, soy sauce and honey and mix together until all of the rice is coated. Allow to cook 5-7 minutes; stirring occasionally until the rice is slightly brown in color and the pork is heated through.
