Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • For the Chimichurri Sauce:
  • 1 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 limes (zested and juiced)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoon pickled jalapenos
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • For the pork:
  • 1 pound pork chops
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Instruction

  • Lightly grease fryer basket and preheat at 400F (200C) for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Brush the surface of the pork chops with olive oil. Sprinkle some paprika on top and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Place the meat in the preheated fryer basket without stacking and air fry at 380F (190C) for 10-12 minutes until the meat temperature exceeds 150F (65C). Then, rest for about 5 minutes.
  • In the meantime, put all the other ingredients in the food processor or blender. Pulse a few times to blend all ingredients together then set aside.
  • When done, cut the pork chops into slices. Spoon the sauce over the pork slices or serve on the side as a dipping sauce.
