Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 4 ounces boneless pork chops
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 medium apple (thinly sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup unsalted chicken broth (or water)
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped {or thyme})
Instruction
- Heat a large skillet over high heat. Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops, and sear pork in the large hot skillet. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Turn the heat to medium, and add oil. Sauté onions in the skillet until caramelized, stirring occasionally, about 12 minutes.
- Stir in apple and garlic, and cook fro 5 minutes. Add pork, vinegar, and broth. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until pork is cooked through and tender. Remove from heat and sprinkle with rosemary. Serve with rice or bread if desired. Enjoy!
