  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorn powder (optional)
  • 50 round dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup cold water (more or less depending on size of pan)
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons black vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce (optional)
