Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb ground beef (I use 85% lean)
  • 1/3 cup Peperoncini peppers (diced)
  • 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese (diced)
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 12 slider buns or rolls

Instruction

  • Combine all of the ingredients.   Scoop each burger using an ice cream scoop.  Press flat slightly.
  • Preheat grill to 350°F.  Grill for approximately 20 minutes or to 140°F when tested with an instant read thermometer.
