Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 lb ground beef (I use 85% lean)
- 1/3 cup Peperoncini peppers (diced)
- 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese (diced)
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 12 slider buns or rolls
Instruction
- Combine all of the ingredients. Scoop each burger using an ice cream scoop. Press flat slightly.
- Preheat grill to 350°F. Grill for approximately 20 minutes or to 140°F when tested with an instant read thermometer.
