The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple chunks
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 jalapeno (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin (cut into 1" to 1 1/2" chunks)
  • 1/2 fresh pineapple (cut into 1" to 1 1/2" chunks (eat or save the rest after cutting some up for the marinade!))
