The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup chopped pineapple chunks
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 jalapeno (minced)
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin (cut into 1" to 1 1/2" chunks)
- 1/2 fresh pineapple (cut into 1" to 1 1/2" chunks (eat or save the rest after cutting some up for the marinade!))
