Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2/3 pound sliced (cooked turkey breast)
  • 8 slices buns
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon (cooked)
  • 2 large onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ cup butter (room temperature and very soft)
  • 1 tablespoon onion (minced really fine)
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 and ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon worcestershire

Instruction

  • In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon vegetables oil. Add the onions and cook on low 15 to 20 minutes until browned and caramelized. Stir often.
  • Mix together butter, onion, mustard, poppy seeds and worcestershire sauce.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place bottom buns in an oven-safe dish. Build your sandwich. Top with turkey, bacon, cheese and cooked onions.
  • Place top bun on sandwich.
  • Spread butter mixture over sandwich.
  • Bake rolls 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted and they're hot throughout.
  • Serve immediately.
