Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2/3 pound sliced (cooked turkey breast)
- 8 slices buns
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon (cooked)
- 2 large onions (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ cup butter (room temperature and very soft)
- 1 tablespoon onion (minced really fine)
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 and ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon worcestershire
Instruction
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon vegetables oil. Add the onions and cook on low 15 to 20 minutes until browned and caramelized. Stir often.
- Mix together butter, onion, mustard, poppy seeds and worcestershire sauce.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place bottom buns in an oven-safe dish. Build your sandwich. Top with turkey, bacon, cheese and cooked onions.
- Place top bun on sandwich.
- Spread butter mixture over sandwich.
- Bake rolls 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted and they're hot throughout.
- Serve immediately.
