Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats (jumbo oats)
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1½ tablespoons honey/maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons raisins or sultanas
  • ⅓ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon cloves (optional)
  • Toasted nuts/seeds (for serving)

Instruction

  • Combine all the ingredients, stir thoroughly and place in a jar with a lid. Keep in the fridge overnight. 
  • Stir the mixture in the morning, add toasted hazelnuts, seeds and/or fruit and serve.
