Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats (jumbo oats)
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- ⅔ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1½ tablespoons honey/maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons raisins or sultanas
- ⅓ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon cloves (optional)
- Toasted nuts/seeds (for serving)
Instruction
- Combine all the ingredients, stir thoroughly and place in a jar with a lid. Keep in the fridge overnight.
- Stir the mixture in the morning, add toasted hazelnuts, seeds and/or fruit and serve.
