- 12 ounces shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 4 scallions (sliced)
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup Splenda granular
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Mix and marinate for 3-4 hours.
