Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 gms pomfret slices
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

Instruction

  • Mix together the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, corn flour and salt in water to make a smooth paste.
  • Coat the fish slices with this paste and refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish till golden brown on each side. Your tasty pomfret fish fry recipe is ready to serve
