Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 chewy ginger candies (orange ginger or regular)
- 1 ½ cups fresh orange juice (approximately, divided)
- ½ cup pomegranate juice
- 1 11 or 12-ounce can pomegranate and orange soda (see Note)
- 1 cup club soda
- 2 teaspoons pomegranate molasses
- 1 teaspoon pomegranate balsamic vinegar
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
Instruction
- Insert a ginger candy into 4 cubes of an ice tray. Pour about 1/2 cup of the fresh orange juice into 4 compartments of the ice tray (2 with candies, 2 without), and pour the pomegranate juice into 4 other compartments (2 with candies, 2 without), filling each compartment. Freeze until solid.
- Place 1 candy-filled juice ice cube and 1 plain orange juice ice cube each into 4 lowball or tumbler glasses (I obviously used three in the photo - I made a lot of cubes).
- Fill a cocktail shaker ½ full with ice. Add the remaining cup orange juice, Pomegranate & Orange Soda, club soda, pomegranate molasses, and pomegranate balsamic vinegar. Shake well.
- Divide between the glasses and garnish each glass with a sprig of mint.
