The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 12 oz. Greek yogurt
- 1 c. full fat coconut milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 c. pomegranate seeds
Instruction
- In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and honey. Stir until well combined. Add chia seeds and mix well once more.
- Cover with plastic wrap. and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set.
- Divide the pudding into 10 (1/2 c.) grab-n-go portions, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Keep refrigerated.
