Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 3/4 cup Poha (Flaked Rice)
- 1/4 cup Gram (Bhuna Chana/ Chana Dal (roasted))
- 1/3 cup Jaggery (Jaggery powder)
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 2 tsp Nuts (Almonds, Cashew, Walnuts)
- 2 pod Cardamom
Instruction
- Dry roast poha and chana for few min on lowest flame till crispy. Once roasted, cool down a bit.
- Melt desi ghee and fry nuts. Remove the nuts from ghee.
- In a mixer grinder jar, add roasted poha, roasted chana, jaggery, fried buts, cardamom and grind to form fine powder.
- Add the powder in melted ghee and prepare ladoos.
- Store at room temperature in an air tight box.
