Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 plums (chopped (about 1 cup))
  • 1 small cucumber (chopped (about 1 cup))
  • 2 jalapeno peppers (seeded and diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1 lime (juice of)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro or parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt (Kosher of Sea Salt)
