  • 2 cups low-fat pepperoni slices (optional you can use grilled chicken, ground beef or sausage instead)
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese!
