- 2 cups low-fat pepperoni slices (optional you can use grilled chicken, ground beef or sausage instead)

- fresh parsley (chopped)
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil

- 1 medium can crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese!
