Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 15 oz Pizza Sauce
  • 4 oz Black Olives (sliced & drained)
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 2 Tbsp Capers (drained)
  • Olive Oil (to taste)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place a pizza stone in the oven for at least 30 minutes.
  • On a floured surface, shape pizza dough into a 13 to 14 inch round.
  • Sprinkle a pizza peel with flour and cornmeal and transfer shaped dough to the pizza peel.
  • Remove the pizza stone from the oven, sprinkle lightly with cornmeal then carefully slide the pizza dough from pizza peel onto the hot pizza stone.
  • Spread pizza sauce over the top of the dough. Distribute the sauce evenly using the back of a spoon.
  • Place the shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce, then the olives followed by the capers. Drizzle the top with some olive oil.
  • Place the pizza stone in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes or until the dough has browned and all the cheese is melted.
  • Cut the pizza with a pizza cutter and serve.
