Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 12 bread slices
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red and yellow bell pepper
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 to mato (finely chopped)
- Dried basil
- oregano
- Chilli flakes
- Salt
- Butter (softened)
Instruction
- Take the chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl.
- Add grated cheese, seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
- Take a bread slice and spread butter on both sides. Place 2 tablespoons of prepared filling. Close with another buttered bread.
- Toast the sandwich on hot tava with more butter. Repeat the same with remaining bread slices. Serve pizza sandwich hot.
