Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 broccoli head (chop off florets)
  • 1 green pepper (remove seeds, and cut into chunks)
  • 1 yellow pepper (remove seeds, and cut into chunks)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1 red onion (small, sliced thinly)
  • 5 cups romaine lettuce blend
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup pizza cheese
  • 30 pepperonis
  • 2 small pita breads
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsps. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pizza cheese

Instruction

  • Wash, dry, and chop up your veggies.
  • Add them to a large bowl, and then top with pepperoni, and cheese
  • Serve with oil and vinegar dressing, or your favorite type.
