Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 broccoli head (chop off florets)
- 1 green pepper (remove seeds, and cut into chunks)
- 1 yellow pepper (remove seeds, and cut into chunks)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 red onion (small, sliced thinly)
- 5 cups romaine lettuce blend
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup pizza cheese
- 30 pepperonis
- 2 small pita breads
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsps. olive oil
- 1/4 cup pizza cheese
Instruction
- Wash, dry, and chop up your veggies.
- Add them to a large bowl, and then top with pepperoni, and cheese
- Serve with oil and vinegar dressing, or your favorite type.
