Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 ounces Rotini Pasta (cooked)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 6 ounces Canadian Bacon (chopped into bite size pieces)
  • 5 ounces Pepperoni Minis
  • 1/2 small green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning ((I used Paul Prudhomme's Pizza Pasta Magic))
  • 1 16 oz bottle Italian Dressing

Instruction

  • Cook the Rotini according to the package and drain.
  • In a large bowl, add the Rotini, cheese, pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, bell pepper and Italian seasoning.
  • Toss everything together with Italian Dressing.
  • Optional: refrigerate for 30 minutes or more
