Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 1 lb. rotini pasta
  • 24 oz or 2 cups of your favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 6 oz. pepperoni (divided)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped, divided)
  • 2 bell peppers (chopped, divided)

Instruction

  • preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • bring water to a boil and prepare pasta according to package directions
  • drain pasta and return to the pot
  • add spaghetti sauce, 2 cups of mozzarella, 1 cup of pepperoni, half of the onion and half of the bell pepper
  • stir to combine
  • spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray
  • pour pasta mixture into the baking dish and spread into an even layer
  • spread 1 cup of cheese on top of pizza
  • lay out remaining pepperoni, onion and bell pepper over the top of the cheese
  • top that with remaining 1 cup of cheese
  • place in oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
