Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 1 lb. rotini pasta
- 24 oz or 2 cups of your favorite spaghetti sauce
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
- 6 oz. pepperoni (divided)
- 1 medium onion (chopped, divided)
- 2 bell peppers (chopped, divided)
Instruction
- preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- bring water to a boil and prepare pasta according to package directions
- drain pasta and return to the pot
- add spaghetti sauce, 2 cups of mozzarella, 1 cup of pepperoni, half of the onion and half of the bell pepper
- stir to combine
- spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray
- pour pasta mixture into the baking dish and spread into an even layer
- spread 1 cup of cheese on top of pizza
- lay out remaining pepperoni, onion and bell pepper over the top of the cheese
- top that with remaining 1 cup of cheese
- place in oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
