The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/8-1/4 cup Good Karma Unsweetened Flaxmilk + Protein ((use about 3/4 cup, if making a smoothie instead of a smoothie bowl))
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale or spinach
  • 1 medium ripe banana ((peeled, sliced and frozen))
  • 1 frozen pitaya pack ((acai would work, as well))
  • 1/2-1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 4-6 ice cubes + more to achieve desired consistency
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides or protein powder ((optional))
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Good Karma Dairy Free Yogurt ((optional))
  • frozen and fresh fruit
  • shredded toasted unsweetened coconut
  • Good Karma Dairy Free Yogurt
  • seeds
  • nuts
  • nut/seed butters

Instruction

  • Place all smoothie/smoothie bowl ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add more liquid and/or ice cubes as needed for desired consistency.
