- 1/8-1/4 cup Good Karma Unsweetened Flaxmilk + Protein ((use about 3/4 cup, if making a smoothie instead of a smoothie bowl))
- 1/2 cup chopped kale or spinach
- 1 medium ripe banana ((peeled, sliced and frozen))
- 1 frozen pitaya pack ((acai would work, as well))
- 1/2-1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 4-6 ice cubes + more to achieve desired consistency
- 2 scoops collagen peptides or protein powder ((optional))
- 1/4-1/2 cup Good Karma Dairy Free Yogurt ((optional))
- frozen and fresh fruit
- shredded toasted unsweetened coconut
- Good Karma Dairy Free Yogurt
- seeds
- nuts
- nut/seed butters
Instruction
- Place all smoothie/smoothie bowl ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more liquid and/or ice cubes as needed for desired consistency.
