Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves (fresh )
- 15 pistachio nuts (shells removed)
- 1 lemon zest
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil (more if desired)
- 1 tub Sabra Classic Hummus
Instruction
- Combine the rosemary, pistachios, lemon zest, sea salt and olive oil in a pestle and mortar (or a food processor) and grind (or pulse) a few times until the nuts are ground and the rosemary is fragrant.
- Place the mixture on top of a tub of Sabra Classic Hummus and enjoy with your favorite dippers like pita chips, sliced cucumbers or mini sweet peppers.
