- 8 ounces pistachios (shelled , (about 2 cups) )
- 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup heavy cream ((8 oz))
- 1 cup powdered sugar ((4 oz) )
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese ((can substitute cream cheese))
- Green food coloring ((optional), (I used Americolor Leaf Green))
- 1 1/4 cup heavy cream ((10 oz) )
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
