Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 300 grams goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup pistachios

Instruction

  • Begin by pouring the pistachios onto parchment paper. Gather them together so that they are touching each other, but laying in a single layer.
  • Carefully remove the goat cheese from the packaging and gently roll the cheese over the pistachios.  Press just lightly to ensure the pistachios sink into the cheese and stick to it.  
  • Carefully transfer the pistachio-covered cheese to a serving dish and drizzle with the honey.  
  • Serve with your favourite crackers or bread. Enjoy!
