The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Carrot sticks
  • Celery sticks
  • Fennel slices
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instruction

  • Make the pinzimonio vinaigrette by mixing the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar and salt in a bowl.
  • Serve as a dip for the vegetables.
