  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water

  • 1 tsp safflower (kasubha) or a pinch of saffron
  • 2 tbsp toasted garlic
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 head lettuce, chopped
  • 125 g natural yoghurt (Greek or Indian)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 750 g beef rump steak (around 2-3 pcs)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
