Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • SIMPLE SYRUP:
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • LEMONADE:
  • 2 cups diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 cup lemon juice (about 3-4 medium lemons)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
  • 1/2 cup coconut rum
  • 1/2 cup strawberry pucker liquor
  • Ice for serving

Instruction

  • Make the simple syrup: In a small saucepan, bring agave and water to a low simmer until mixture is completely smooth and dissolved. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • In a small bowl, mash diced strawberries with sugar. Let stand 10 minutes until berries release their juices. Transfer berries to a food processor and pulse until completely smooth. Strain strawberry puree through a fine-mesh sieve and discard solids. Pour strawberry juice into a large serving pitcher.
  • Add lemon juice, water, triple sec, rum, strawberry pucker, and cooled simple syrup to pitcher and stir lemonade with a spoon until combined.
  • Refrigerate lemonade until ready to serve. Serve with ice and cheers!
