Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Cherry Chip Cake Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup candy cane-flavored vodka (or water)
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Strawberry Mist™ Frosting
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cherry Frosting
  • Cotton candy
  • 1 can (6.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors nonpareils

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together cake mix, eggs, butter and vodka until smooth. Spoon into two 12-cavity muffin tins lined with cupcake wrappers. Bake for 17-21 minutes, or until the center springs back when touched lightly. Remove and cool completely.
  • Stir both frostings together until smooth. Transfer both frostings into one large icing bag, fitted with a large star tip, spooning them into the left and right side of the bag. (Note: This is not a perfect science.)
  • Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes, decorate with nonpareils, top with cotton candy.
