Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3-4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 oz teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced onions
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • additional teriyaki glaze for serving

Instruction

  • Dice chicken & place in a large skillet or shallow stockpot.
  • Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, minced onions, garlic powder, honey, & mustard powder in a small bowl & whisk well.
  • Pour mixture over chicken.
  • Cook chicken mixture over medium heat until no pink remains & juices run clear, stirring & turning frequently.
  • The chicken will look ready- but keep the heat on med until liquid reduces to a thick glaze.
  • Serve over a bed of rice & then drizzle teriyaki glaze from the jar over to taste.
