Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3-4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 oz teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp minced onions
- 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- additional teriyaki glaze for serving
Instruction
- Dice chicken & place in a large skillet or shallow stockpot.
- Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, minced onions, garlic powder, honey, & mustard powder in a small bowl & whisk well.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cook chicken mixture over medium heat until no pink remains & juices run clear, stirring & turning frequently.
- The chicken will look ready- but keep the heat on med until liquid reduces to a thick glaze.
- Serve over a bed of rice & then drizzle teriyaki glaze from the jar over to taste.
