Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 125 g self raising flour
- 150 g caster sugar
- 100 ml skimmed milk
- 1 tin pineapple (slices, including the syrup)
Instruction
- Sieve the flour and sugar into the bowl then slowly add the milk, whisking until smooth.
- In a separate bowl mash up the pineapple then add to the cake batter along with any extra syrup.
- Pour into a shallow cake tin and bake for 30mins at 150 degrees.
