Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups (packed) fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 banana
- 1 medium navel orange, peeled
- 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder ((or your favorite kind))
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen mango chunks
Instruction
- Pour the water into a blender and add the spinach. Puree until smooth.
- Add the protein powder, flaxseed meal, banana and orange. Puree.
- Add the pineapple and mango chunks. If your blender has a crushed ice feature, start with that, then puree until smooth.
