Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened, plain non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 - 1 cup pure coconut water (depending on how thick you like your smoothie)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients, starting with 1/2 cup coconut water, to a high-speed blender and purée until smooth. Add additional coconut water, to thin, if needed.
