Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups white rice (steamed)
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • additional pineapple slices for garnish

Instruction

  • In a mixing bowl, beat whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla for 3 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in rice and pineapple.
  • Cover and refrigerate 3 hours, overnight is best.
  • Serve pudding cold.
