Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2/3 cup rice
- 5 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 450 g (crushed) canned pineapple drained
- 2 cup whipped cream
Instruction
- Bring milk to the boil in a large saucepan.
- Sprinkle in rice when boiling, reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer over a low heat for 45-50 minutes or until cooked.
- Remove from heat, then add sugar and vanilla.
- Stir well and refrigerate.
- When cold, fold through cream and pineapple.
- Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
