Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2/3 cup rice
  • 5 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 450 g (crushed) canned pineapple drained
  • 2 cup whipped cream

Instruction

  • Bring milk to the boil in a large saucepan.
  • Sprinkle in rice when boiling, reduce heat and cover.
  • Simmer over a low heat for 45-50 minutes or until cooked.
  • Remove from heat, then add sugar and vanilla.
  • Stir well and refrigerate.
  • When cold, fold through cream and pineapple.
  • Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
