Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 3 tbsp chopped pineapple
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz Bacardi white rum
  • club soda/sparkling water
  • ice cubes

Instruction

  • In a tall glass combine mint leaves, lime juice and pineapple. Muddle so the pineapple releases juice.
  • Pour simple syrup, add ice and top with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges. Serve.
