Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 mango (, peeled, cored, chopped in small cubes)
  • 2 cups pineapple (, chopped in small cubes)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (, each sliced in half)
  • 1 red bell pepper (, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (, minced)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (, chopped finely)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (, freshly squeezed )
  • a pinch of red chili powder ((optional))
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper ((optional))
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Mix all chopped ingredients for in a large bowl, add lime juice, add salt and pepper to taste and optional spices (if desired) - and mix well. Set aside to allow the juices combine together.
