Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/3-1/2 Cup Queso Fresco or Cotija is fine
- Pineapple Habanero Salsa from the store* or any flavor pineapple salsa
- Pita Chips for serving
Instruction
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Using a rubber spatula, fold in the cheese and spread into a mound on a platter.
- Pour the salsa evenly over the top and sprinkle with a little extra cheese as garnish.
- Serve immediately or wrap in saran wrap and place in the fridge to be served within an hour.
