Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/3-1/2 Cup Queso Fresco or Cotija is fine
  • Pineapple Habanero Salsa from the store* or any flavor pineapple salsa
  • Pita Chips for serving

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Using a rubber spatula, fold in the cheese and spread into a mound on a platter.
  • Pour the salsa evenly over the top and sprinkle with a little extra cheese as garnish.
  • Serve immediately or wrap in saran wrap and place in the fridge to be served within an hour.
