Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1.5 lb. boneless cooked ham, cut into ten 1/4-inch thick slices
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices (10 rings)
- 10 red tart cherries, pitted (optional)
- 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a quarter sheet baking pan, arrange ham in 2 rows, slightly overlapping. Top with pineapple slices with cherries in the middle. Reserve 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice from the can for the glaze.
- Bake the ham for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar and mustard, and stir well to combine.
- Remove baked ham from the oven and evenly brush it with the glaze. Return the ham to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes until the glaze caramelizes and turns golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
