Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup of frozen / fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango or fresh mango (Fresh Mango fruit is sweeter when ripened)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh squeezed lime juice
  • Extra : Chia Seeds (sprinkle)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients above in a blender and blend until its smooth
