Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 hickory smoked quarter boneless sliced ham
  • 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
  • 4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instruction

  • Place ham in a baking dish, pouring liquid from packaging over ham.
  • In a separate bowl, mix pineapple preserves, dijon, and vinegar. Spread half of mixture over top of ham.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325 for about 30 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Remove from oven and serve with extra warmed reserved glaze.
