Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 hickory smoked quarter boneless sliced ham
- 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
- 4 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instruction
- Place ham in a baking dish, pouring liquid from packaging over ham.
- In a separate bowl, mix pineapple preserves, dijon, and vinegar. Spread half of mixture over top of ham.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325 for about 30 minutes, or until heated through.
- Remove from oven and serve with extra warmed reserved glaze.
