Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1/2 Small Head Green Cabbage, shredded (about 4-5 cups)
  • 1/2 Red Onion, diced
  • 2 Jalapeños, diced and seeds removed
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrot
  • 1 1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple, diced into 1/4″ cubes
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro, stems and leaves finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 3 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instruction

  • Wash, Chop, and prep all of the vegetables.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Serve as desired; you can serve this immediately, but it is best chilled. I would recommend storing it in the fridge for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
