Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1/2 Small Head Green Cabbage, shredded (about 4-5 cups)
- 1/2 Red Onion, diced
- 2 Jalapeños, diced and seeds removed
- 1 cup Shredded Carrot
- 1 1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple, diced into 1/4″ cubes
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro, stems and leaves finely chopped
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 3 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
Instruction
- Wash, Chop, and prep all of the vegetables.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Serve as desired; you can serve this immediately, but it is best chilled. I would recommend storing it in the fridge for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
