Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (, softened)
- ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ tsp each paprika (garlic powder, black pepper)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crushed canned pineapple (well drained (roughly chop if pieces are big))
- 3/4 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I use cheddar)
- 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut
- ¼ cup roughly chopped almonds
- Ritz crackers or other crackers of your choosing
Instruction
- Place the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, sour cream, pineapple, green onion, and cheese in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up and allow flavors to develop.
- When firm enough, roll into a ball using your hands.
- While the cheese ball is in the fridge, place coconut in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir constantly for 2 minutes or until lightly browned, then transfer into a bowl.
- Add almonds to coconut in the bowl, and stir to combine. Roll ball in coating.
- Transfer to a plate and serve with crackers. Serve immediately.
