Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (, softened)
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ tsp each paprika (garlic powder, black pepper)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed canned pineapple (well drained (roughly chop if pieces are big))
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I use cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped almonds
  • Ritz crackers or other crackers of your choosing

Instruction

  • Place the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, sour cream, pineapple, green onion, and cheese in a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up and allow flavors to develop.
  • When firm enough, roll into a ball using your hands.
  • While the cheese ball is in the fridge, place coconut in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir constantly for 2 minutes or until lightly browned, then transfer into a bowl.
  • Add almonds to coconut in the bowl, and stir to combine. Roll ball in coating.
  • Transfer to a plate and serve with crackers. Serve immediately.
