Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 5 slices white bread

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 9x13 casserole dish
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, until smooth
  • Mix in the drained crushed pineapple
  • Tear the slices of bread into small pieces and gently fold them into the mixture
  • Transfer the stuffing mixture to the casserole dish and bake for 1 hour, until the mixture is set and the bread is golden brown
