Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 tbsp butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 20 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
- 5 slices white bread
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 9x13 casserole dish
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar
- Add the eggs, one at a time, until smooth
- Mix in the drained crushed pineapple
- Tear the slices of bread into small pieces and gently fold them into the mixture
- Transfer the stuffing mixture to the casserole dish and bake for 1 hour, until the mixture is set and the bread is golden brown
