Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 200 g sweet (ripe pineapple, chopped)
  • 60 g kale
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ of a ripe avocado
  • 20 almonds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups of water to top up

Instruction

  • Simply add all the ingredients to your blender or smoothie maker, top up with water and blend for 1 minutes – until everything is thoroughly incorporated.
  • Drink straightaway.
  • You could also add a large handful of ice if you like your smoothies really cold.
