Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 200 g sweet (ripe pineapple, chopped)
- 60 g kale
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ of a ripe avocado
- 20 almonds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 cups of water to top up
Instruction
- Simply add all the ingredients to your blender or smoothie maker, top up with water and blend for 1 minutes – until everything is thoroughly incorporated.
- Drink straightaway.
- You could also add a large handful of ice if you like your smoothies really cold.
