Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 large handful of kale
- 1 rib celery
- 1 green apple, sliced
- 1/4 of a whole lemon
- 10 ounces water
- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
- additional water according to your consistency desire
- vanilla protein powder, if desired
Instruction
- Add all of the fruits and vegetables and the 10 ounces of water.
- Blend on high (or "smoothie" setting) until smooth.
- Add additional water, almond milk, or ice and blend until smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
- On low, blend in the protein powder, if using.
