Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large handful of kale
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1 green apple, sliced
  • 1/4 of a whole lemon
  • 10 ounces water
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • additional water according to your consistency desire
  • vanilla protein powder, if desired

Instruction

  • Add all of the fruits and vegetables and the 10 ounces of water.
  • Blend on high (or "smoothie" setting) until smooth.
  • Add additional water, almond milk, or ice and blend until smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
  • On low, blend in the protein powder, if using.
