The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 1/2 lb. extra firm tofu (drained and pressed at least 20 minutes)
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. maple syrup or agave
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (about 1/4 of a pineapple)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 naan loaves (store bought or homemade)
  • 2 scallions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
