Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (I used the canned stuff)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 tsp rum extract (optional)
  • whip cream
  • maraschino cherries
  • pineapple slices

Instruction

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with whip cream, cherries and pineapple slices if desired. Enjoy!
